Spiritual Development
To develop oneself, one must develop their spirit.  Spirit is not something you can see, but is a sense of feeling.  The Aspoonful program shows you methods in finding and the development of your spirit.  Spirit can be achieved in many ways, and throughout our program, Aspoonful is dedicated to observing, teaching and following up on all of your progression stages.  Once you develop your spirit, your entire life will go through an entire metamorphosis.  

Each spirit travels a journey. To know and understand the journey is to Know Yourself.
